Chris Bold has been promoted to Senior Manager at EY in Guernsey.
Chris has over 10 years’ experience in financial services and particularly asset management, working in assurance, transaction advisory services and restructuring.
Starting his career in the Guernsey office in 2005, Chris moved to EY’s London office in 2013 on a two-year secondment with its restructuring department. He worked in the Liquidations and Strategic Exit Routes (LASER) team and recently joined that team in Guernsey.
A key focus of EY’s LASER team in the Channel Islands is fund liquidations, particularly within the listed funds arena. In his new role, Chris will advise listed fund advisers with IPO, ongoing audit and advisory projects, as well as ultimately a fund restructure and liquidation.
