RBS International has announced a new senior management structure for its operations in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
Led by Adrian Gill, Chief Executive Officer, RBS International, the business heads are:
• Stephen Reilly, Managing Director, Corporate & Markets – who has responsibility for Institutional, Corporate, Business and Commercial customers across the four jurisdictions.
• Steve Camm, Managing Director, Retail & International Personal Banking (IPB) and Coutts Crown Dependencies – who has responsibility for customers within Retail Banking, IPB and Coutts.
• Victoria McEneaney, Head of Strategy, Business Management and Controls – who has responsibility for bringing together key support activities for the customer-facing businesses including Strategy, Business Controls, Customer Experience, Products, Communications and Marketing.
• Tracy Burns, Chief Administrative Officer, who leads a new RBS International services team combining Operations, Technology, Property, Procurement and Change.
Rob Girard in Guernsey, Bill Shimmins in the Isle of Man, and David Bruce in Gibraltar, are also part of the new senior management team and each remains Country Head in their respective jurisdictions.
The team also includes: Lynn Cleary, Finance Director; Tim Smith, Compliance Director; Chris Nicol, Head of Legal; and Steve Scott, HR Director - who all continue in their longstanding roles.
