Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has appointed Chris Griffin as a Partner in its Jersey office.
Chris joined Carey Olsen as a Senior Associate in 2011 before being promoted to Counsel in 2016, and is a member of the Jersey corporate team.
He advises on all aspects of corporate transactions, including the legal and regulatory aspects of fund launches and other bespoke investment structures. He has played a key role in developing the firm's digital assets practice and recently led the team advising ARC Fiduciary on its initial coin offering (ICO).
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Chris spent 10 years working in the City of London as a corporate and funds lawyer for Ashurst, RAB Capital and SJ Berwin.
