Offshore legal firm, Appleby, has appointed Sailaja Alla as a Partner in its Cayman funds practice.
Sailaja is returning to Appleby having spent seven years with the firm from 2000-2007 in Cayman and Hong Kong before leaving to join another offshore firm.
Sailaja has spent the last three years at Harney’s and now has 15 years of funds experience, specialising in the formation, maintenance and restructuring of a range of investment funds utilising corporate, partnership and unit trust structures.
