Corporate, private client and funds company Hawksford has appointed Cordelia Miller as Head of Legal.
Cordelia will lead and manage Hawksford’s legal and company secretarial teams, with responsibility for managing legal risk and helping the company to achieve its strategic business objectives.
Cordelia, who qualified as a banking and finance lawyer, has 18 years’ experience working within the financial services industry.
She joins Hawksford from Kleinwort Benson where she was in-house counsel for four years. Before moving to Jersey, she spent ten years working in the City of London for shipping firm, Thomas Cooper, and corporate, financial and commercial law firm Travers Smith.
