New Head of Fiduciary at Walkers

Rupert MorrisWalkers has appointed a new Head of Fiduciary, who joins as a Partner in the firm.

Rupert Morris, who qualified as an English solicitor in 2006 and an Advocate in 2010, joins Walkers after four years at Bedell Cristin.

He has also practised at several other law firms in Guernsey and London, including Ogier, Macfarlanes and Lovells. 

In his new role, Rupert will work with fiduciaries, financial institutions, government departments and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of local and cross-border private client advisory and structuring work, trust applications, contentious trust disputes and regulatory investigations.

Rupert is also Deputy Chair of the Guernsey branch of STEP and a committee member of the Guernsey Association of Trustees.
