Sanne, the specialist global provider of outsourced orporate and fund administration, reporting and fiduciary services, has appointed David Oliver as Chief Compliance Officer.
David joins Sanne from the JFSC where he was a member of the executive committee and headed the trust company business division for two years. He previously lectured at the Jersey Business School for seven years, covering both UK and Jersey regulation in the course syllabus. David was also a Chief Examiner for ICSA from 2003 until 2011.
David will be based in Sanne’s headquarters in Jersey with responsibility for the Group’s compliance function that supports the firm’s six business divisions of Private Equity, Debt, Real Estate, Corporate & Institutional, Executive Incentives and Private Client, located across nine financial jurisdictions. David will work closely with Sanne’s legal and risk function leaders and their teams.
