Mourant Ozannes has appointed Guernsey funds and corporate lawyer Frances Watson as a Partner in its Corporate and Funds Team.
Frances brings more than 15 years' experience to the role. She joins Mourant Ozannes from Ogier, where she developed her practice to focus on investment funds, stock exchange listings and corporate and commercial matters.
A Guernsey Advocate, she has also previously worked for London law firm Allen & Overy, where she advised on a variety of corporate and corporate finance matters.
Frances is also a former Chairman of the Guernsey Commercial Bar Association.
