Mourant lawyers Heidi Sandy and Benjamin Manchak have been sworn in as Advocates of the Royal Court of Guernsey this week.
Advocate Sandy and Advocate Manchak, both members of Mourant's Guernsey litigation and dispute resolution practice, were called to the Guernsey Bar at a swearing in ceremony at the Royal Court on 2 September.
Heidi joined Mourant in 2014 and is a Senior Associate specialising in general commercial litigation. She advises on contract and shareholder disputes, banking and finance litigation, professional negligence and insolvency, and is a member of the Women Lawyers Division of The Law Society.
Benjamin has been with the firm since 2015 as an Associate and has broad experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional civil/commercial litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Guernsey International Lawyers Association.
