Mourant Ozannes has appointed Alex Henderson to the role of Senior Associate.
Alex has joined Mourant's Jersey team, having been Associate within the London-based private investment funds team of global firm Goodwin Procter.
It marks a return to Mourant Ozannes for Alex – he was a bursary student within the firm in 2006, before moving on to London firms SJ Berwin and King & Wood Mallesons.
He has experience working with a range of different asset classes, with expertise in private equity funds and first-hand experience of recent trends and developments in the UK funds market.
