Scott has worked within the MoD since 2007, having served as an Army officer for 27 years. He has extensive experience in defining technology requirements for information and communication users working in the world’s most challenging environments.

He said: "I look forward to working with the C5 team on the next chapter of development for the company. Looking beyond the business, I have come to the islands at a time of considerable change and welcome the opportunity to apply my skills and experience to help with that.”

Scott, who left the army in July, will succeed Managing Director Rob Leader, who retires at the end of the year after a 40-year career in management, the last 20 of them in the Channel Islands technology sector.
