Jersey-based Minerva Trust & Corporate Services has been appointed to provide corporate secretarial and administration support for VI Mining, a gold and silver producer based in Peru, which has recently listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Shares of VI Mining, a Jersey-incorporated company, were admitted for trading on the NEX Growth Market on 2 March. The market capitalisation of the firm on admission was £535 million, which reportedly makes it the second largest company by market capitalisation on the exchange.
VI Mining is an emerging mining business focused on the operation and development of two gold mines in the north-west of Peru.
