Microgen Financial Services and Touchstone Wealth Management have announced the appointment of David Thorpe as a Non-Executive Director of the combined group.
David previously served as President of IT business EDS Europe. He initially joined EDS in 1993 to lead its government outsourcing and IT services business but, during 10 years with the business, went on to become UK CEO, COO EMEA and Vice President Global Operations (based in the US).
Among a variety of board-level positions, David served as Chairman of Ocorian between 2016 and 2019, in Jersey and London.
The merger of Microgen and Touchstone completed in February to create a new trust and corporate services provider.
