Jersey-based fiduciary and administration solutions provider VG has announced that Managing Director Mark Hucker will be moving from his role to become Executive – Strategy and Projects.
Mark joined VG as Managing Director in January 2017 to set a new strategic direction for the business. He previously served as CEO of Standard Bank Jersey, and prior to that Managing Director of Key Trust Company and CEO of Ermitage Group.

A replacement for Mark will be announced and Mark will work with the executive team to provide ongoing strategic advice as the company transitions to a new MD.
The executive team at VG, who have worked with Mark in recent years to deliver VG’s strategy, will lead the business until a replacement is announced.
