Jersey-based financial services business LGL Group is to acquire tax accounting specialist Totalserve Management (Luxembourg), TML.
LGL and TML have worked together since 2015. The transaction strengthens LGL’s presence in Luxembourg, where LGL Corporate Luxembourg (LGLL) has been its servicing company since 2015.
After a short transitional period, the Luxembourg operations of LGLL and TML will be merged and their services marketed in Luxembourg under the LGL Group brand.
TML’s current owners will join LGL to lead the merged business and the combined workforce in the jurisdiction.
