Jersey-based Lexstone Lawyers has appointed Norman Day as a Group Partner.
Norman joined Lexstone Lawyers in 2017 as a consultant, specialising in finance and corporate as well as private wealth. He is an English solicitor who has previously worked at Ogier and Hatstone Lawyers.
He also spent four years with a technology scale-up based in Helsinki advising on international growth, SaaS contracts and facilitating a successful exit for some of their founders.
His client base encompasses global banks, financial intermediaries, private clients entrepreneurs and technology companies.
Norman is the sixth Group Partner of Lexstone Lawyers since it was established in 2015.
