Jersey-based law firm Lexstone has recruited two international private wealth practitioners into consultancy roles, to strengthen the firm's offering for local charities, and in pensions and trusts law.
Charlotte Brambilla, a Jersey Advocate and English Barrister, brings to the firm more than 15 years of experience advising clients and local regulated financial services businesses on wealth structures, regulatory work and general commercial (both contentious and non-contentious), pensions and charities.
She joins from independent trust company Hawksford, where she has been a Director for the past three years. Before this, she served as a Senior Associate within Mourant and before that with Carey Olsen.
Thomas Morgan, a Jersey Advocate and an English Solicitor, has similar experience to Charlotte, having worked with her in the International Trusts and Private Client team at Mourant. He is presently based in Germany, where he is working towards his qualification as a German lawyer.
