Ravenscroft has appointed a Senior Compliance Officer with extensive experience of the local industry.
In his new role, Lee Hammond will work with management and staff to identify and manage day-to-day regulatory risk, reporting into Group Head of Compliance, Sandra Lawrence.
He will provide day-to-day support to the business in its duty to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and internal procedures, including helping implement controls to mitigate risks as well as advising the company on associated matters.
Lee worked previously as a Senior Compliance Consultant at Active Compliance, Guernsey. Before that he worked within the investment division at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and in the private equity section at Guernsey International Fund Managers.
