Leadership changes at Deloitte

Helen Gale July 2018Helen Gale, Andy Isham and Martin Rowley will assume new leadership roles at Deloitte in Jersey when Senior Partner Greg Branch retires in August.

Helen will lead the Jersey audit practice, Martin will lead the Jersey tax practice and Andy will lead the Jersey advisory practice.

Helen (pictured) joined the Jersey office after working in Deloitte's Paris and London offices. She draws on over 20 years specialising in the provision of audit and advisory services to the investment management industry and will continue to focus on private equity and the broader alternative investment asset classes.

As well as her new role as the Head of Jersey Audit Practice, she will continue to lead Deloitte’s Private Equity sector group.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience providing services to offshore regulated financial services clients, including investment management businesses, fund managers and fund administrators. He acts as joint liquidator to solvent and insolvent structures including both Jersey-based entities and those in other offshore jurisdictions with multi-jurisdictional operations and asset locations, which need to deal with regulators both in the island and overseas.

Martin has 25 years of international tax experience – 20 of them in legal practice. He regularly acts for private equity houses, real estate funds and sovereign financial institutions in the structuring and execution of their investments, joint ventures and other M&A activities, as well as assisting fund managers in the structuring of their portfolio investments, financings and divestments.
