KPMG announces CI leadership changes

Andy Quinn, Jason Laity and Neale Jehan_KPMGKPMG in the Channel Islands will be making senior leadership changes from 1 October, when Senior Partner Jason Laity retires from the firm. 

Neale Jehan replaces Jason as Senior Partner, while Andy Quinn, Channel Islands Head of Audit, takes on Neale’s previous role of Managing Partner.

Neale has been with the firm in the islands and UK for 25 years, 15 of them as a Partner in the local practice. Based in Guernsey, he will lead the firm’s strategic direction and represent the local practice within the global network of firms. 

He commented: “I take on this role at a pivotal time for our industry. The challenges the profession faces globally can’t be underestimated, but the firm will continue to focus on our core financial services client base, working with our global network and helping drive forward the economies of the islands.”

Andy Quinn has been with the firm in the islands for more than 20 years, 10 of them as a Partner. Based in Jersey, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business across the islands. 

Andy currently leads the firm's Channel Islands Audit Practice and has a wider regional role as Head of Audit Quality. He is also a past President of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
