Financial services specialist JTC has appointed Erika Schraner as an independent Non-Executive Director, joining the board with immediate effect.
Erika brings to the firm broad experience in professional services, particularly commercial development, M&A and technology.
A dual Swiss-US national, she began her career with IBM in Silicon Valley and also worked for global cybersecurity business Symantec. She then moved into senior professional services roles with EY in Silicon Valley, where as a Partner she was the Americas Operational Transaction Services leader for the Technology sector.
Most recently, Erika was with PwC in London, where until 2018 she served as Partner, UK M&A Integration Leader and TMT M&A Advisory/Delivering Deal Value Leader.
Her board-level roles since 2001 have included serving as an Advisory Board Member for eBoomerang (USA) and Freeon (UK) and as a Non-Executive Director for San Francisco-based Kevian Capital Management.
Erika currently holds one other Non-Executive Director role, with Amino Technologies in Cambridge, UK, where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
