Financial services provider JTC has appointed Wendy Holley, its Chief Operating Officer, to the PLC board as Executive Director of the group.
Wendy has over 25 years’ experience in financial services operations. She joined JTC in 2008, having spent 12 years with Mourant Services in a senior HR role.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer at JTC, she is responsible for evaluating and developing the operational strategy of the group. A significant part of her role includes acquisition integration.
JTC CEO Nigel Le Quesne commented: "For 10 years, Wendy has been an integral part of the senior management team and has overseen the development of our operational capabilities. She is also a leading advocate of our shared ownership culture and will help the board to better connect with all our people across our 20 offices.”
