JT has appointed Mark Shuttleworth (pictured right) and Martin Harriman as Non-Executive Directors.
Mark, a Chartered Accountant and INSEAD Director, chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of Countrywide and has held senior positions in the technology, media and telecom sector.
He was previously Chief Financial Officer and on the board of Pace, a global technology developer for PayTV and broadband providers.
He also served as CFO of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications, based in the UAE, and prior to that, Group CFO of Qatar-based telecoms company Qtel (now known as Ooredo).
Martin (pictured left) started his career in the Royal Navy. After leaving the armed forces, he joined BT and has served as an executive for Telefonica, Ericsson and Marconi, working in Australia, Sweden and the US.
He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of wearable augmented reality devices specialist WaveOptics, and Non-Executive Chairman of London fibre-to-the-home operator Community Fibre.
