Commercial and residential property specialist Jonathan Quérée (pictured) has launched a new business, Quérée Property Consultants, based in Jersey.
Jonathan has taken up the role of Principal and Director of the firm, providing agency, valuation, lease advisory, development advisory and estate management services of commercial and residential property.
Previously employed by the Government of Jersey, Buckley & Co and most recently CBRE, Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years' experience in the sector.
He has a track record of working with financial services and investment institutions, high-net-worth individuals and families and public bodies, and has been involved in notable transactions across commercial and residential property.
Jonathan commented: "The market is in a constant state of flux and now, more than ever, I see opportunity for property owners, tenants and investors to strengthen their position.
