Following the Money Laundering (Amendment No.10) (Jersey) Order 2019 coming into effect on 12 June, the Jersey Financial Services Commission has updated its Handbook for the prevention and detection of money laundering and the financing of terrorism for regulated financial services businesses to reflect the legislative changes.

The JFSC says updates to the AML/CFT Handbooks for the legal sector, the accountancy sector and for estate agents and high value dealers will follow shortly.
