The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has issued a statement warning potential investors and members of the public that Titanium Capital Forex IC is purporting to be a fund registered in Jersey by the JFSC as a Very Private Fund.
Through its enquiries, the JFSC has established that Titanium is not registered in Jersey, nor has it ever been registered in Jersey, yet it appears to be offering people the opportunity to invest.
