The Jersey Financial Services Commission's Head of Enforcement, Kerry Petulla, is to take on the role of Acting Director of Enforcement following the retirement of Barry Faudemer.
Barry is retiring after 13 years as the Commission's Director of Enforcement and 41 years in the field of enforcement.
According to the Commission, he has made a significant contribution to the development of the organisation, enhancing compliance with regulatory standards and playing a key role in enforcing those requirements.
Kerry has been with the JFSC in her current role for the past three years, but previously served as Senior Investigator, Enforcement, with the Commission between 2007 and 2016.
Prior to this, she worked in a financial investigation role with the States of Jersey Police.
