John le Fondre_nov19The Government Plan and Brexit will be under the spotlight as the Chief Minister, Senator John Le Fondré, addresses the upcoming IoD Jersey Leader’s Lunch on 21 November.

The current backdrop of national political uncertainty is likely to set the tone for the Institute of Directors lunch. The proposed Government Plan 2020-23, which proposes increased spending but also £100m worth of efficiencies over four years, will also be scrutinised.

The Chief Minister will talk about the latest plans for Brexit, the potential impact on Jersey, and how Jersey is being promoted on an international scale amid a time of global political change.

After his presentation, Senator Le Fondré will take questions from the audience. IoD members are invited to submit questions in advance by emailing IoD Jersey Branch Officer Zoe Wauton at officer.jersey@iod.net

The lunch will take place at the Grand Hotel on 21 November. The event will begin with networking drinks at 12.30pm, followed by the presentation by Senator Le Fondré and a two-course lunch before closing at 2.30pm.
