The Jersey Data Protection Association (JDPA) is holding an event at 6pm today (14 March) to explore the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation and how organisations can tackle the data security requirements of both this and the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, which come into effect on 25 May.
The free-to-attend event – 'GDPR and Cyber Essentials, shaken not stirred' – will be held at the Barclays Eagle Lab, Jersey Library, and is open to anyone with an interest in data protection and security.
