Investor services provider IQ-EQ (Isle of Man) has been admitted as a Listing Member of The International Stock Exchange (TISE), joining its sister company in Jersey.
It has been approved as a Category 1 Listing Member, which enables the company to act as an agent for the listing of non-retail debt securities on TISE.
This is the third firm from the Isle of Man to have joined the exchange as a Listing Member, and since being granted membership, the business has had three securities admitted for listing on TISE.
TISE Group Chief Executive Fiona Le Poidevin (pictured) said: “The addition of IQ-EQ (Isle of Man) is further evidence of the demand for TISE listings by issuers and their advisers, and the realisation by firms on the island of the advantages of being able to offer a holistic service.”
