Intertrust has made two appointments to its senior team in Jersey.
Tania Bearryman has been named Executive Director, Trust & Company Services, where she will have oversight of Intertrust’s private wealth, treasury and investments, capital markets, corporate services, and performance and reward management service lines.
Previously Head of Performance & Reward Management at Intertrust, Tania takes on this expanded role to ensure the service lines are aligned in Jersey. She will also build on Intertrust’s client focus and use of technological innovation.
Tania is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Before joining Intertrust in 2007, she worked for Royal Bank of Canada for almost six years.
Shane Hugill has been promoted to Head of Performance & Reward Management. Previously Director of the team, he has helped develop the specialist offering that encompasses pension and savings plans, deferred compensation plans and share plans.
In his new role, Shane will continue this work and ensure the service line expands from its Jersey base into Intertrust’s other jurisdictions.
Shane comes from a tax advisory background in the UK, having previously spent almost 10 years with Elian Global, and before that seven years at Deloitte.
