Intertrust has made two Director appointments within its Jersey office – Laura Butler in the performance and reward management team and Helier de Veulle in compliance, risk and control.
Laura has more than 20 years' experience working with employment benefit trusts and company share plans. She joined Intertrust in 2015 in a management role, having spent the previous 16 years with Computershare in Jersey, latterly as an Implementation Manager.
In her new role, she will continue to lead Intertrust's share plan team while expanding the service line's operational and technological innovation.
Helier joined Intertrust in 2014 and has over 10 years’ experience working in a broad range of compliance roles. He previously served with Elian and has also spent time working with Jersey Post, HSBC Private Bank and Saltgate.
As Director, he will be responsible for managing the compliance team and will act as a liaison between the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the business.
