Corporate services business Intertrust has announced the rebranding of Elian, having completed the acquisition of the firm on 23 September this year. Both companies will now operate under the Intertrust brand.
According to Intertrust, the acquisition of Elian will strengthen its offerings in capital markets, private equity and real estate fund administration services.
It has also expanded the company's geographic presence to jurisdictions such as Jersey, and added scale in Ireland, the UK and Cayman Islands.
