Intertrust in Jersey has appointed David Middleton and Phil Maletroit as Client Directors within its fund services division.
David has joined Intertrust’s private equity team and is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder. He has experience in all aspects of fund administration, having previously worked for BNP Paribas in Jersey and for Novartis and EY in Bermuda.
In his new role, David will ensure the funds team delivers optimal client service by putting in place structures, tools and guidance to meet clients’ needs.
Phil has joined Intertrust’s real estate team after six and a half years with Alter Domus on the island.
He has 20 years’ experience in Jersey’s finance industry, with the past 12 years being real estate focused. He has also worked in a variety of fields, including private equity and corporate funds.
Phil will be responsible for developing the team’s client portfolios and will lead on multiple client entities across the real estate team. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
