Dr Roger Barker, Corporate Governance Advisor at the Institute of Directors, has been confirmed as a speaker at this year’s ICSA: The Governance Institute’s Annual Conference at the Royal Yacht Hotel in Jersey on 26 April.
Dr Barker will discuss what proposed revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code might mean for Jersey and reflect on the wider context of governance reform.
