HSBC Expat picks up FEM award

HSBC Expat_EMMA Awards 2019HSBC Expat, which is headquartered in Jersey, has won the Expatriate Banking and Financial Services Innovation of the Year award for the seventh consecutive year at the Forum for Expatriate Management for Europe, Middle East and Africa Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards (EMMAs), which took place in London last week. 

HSBC Expat attributed the award to recent improvements in its digital banking services, including the ability to use digital bank accounts for international business, and its FX app dedicated to managing foreign currencies. 

John Goddard, Head of HSBC Expat and Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Channel Islands & Isle of Man at HSBC, commented: “We are improving our services through our investment in technology and thought leadership. This enables us to build better relationships with customers and understand what they really care about.” 

Also at the EMMAs event, EY won the Immigration Provider of the Year award.
