HSBC CEO recognised in diversity and inclusion list

SueFox_HSBC_jan21Sue Fox, CEO of HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man, has been ranked 11th in the OUTstanding 50 Ally Executives list, part of the OUTstanding Role Models 2020.

The global ranking highlights business leaders who act as advocates and allies for diversity and inclusion within and outside their businesses. 

Sue is the executive sponsor of HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man’s Diversity and Inclusion Allies group. The group holds events, conducts training and writes articles to help overcome taboos, give colleagues insights and highlight bias and discrimination, both conscious or unconscious. 

In 2020, Sue ran a dedicated diversity and inclusion employee webinar, where LGBT+ colleagues shared their experiences. In addition, she advocates the importance of diversity and inclusion in all her communications in the bank.

OUTstanding is part of INvolve, a global membership organisation and consultancy championing diversity and inclusion in business.
