Corporate, private client and funds services business Hawksford has made three senior appointments to its global team.
In Jersey, Gavin Wilkins (pictured right) joins as Global Head of Client and Intermediary Relationships and Ross Rennie joins as Manager of Corporate Services, while in Singapore, Serene Lim joins as Associate Director.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Gavin joins from Oak Group, where he has served as a Director for the past year. Prior to this he spent 12 years with JTC.
He has significant international experience gained in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and knowledge across a range of asset classes, private and regulated investment structures, funds and international capital markets.
In his new role, Gavin will work alongside Hawksford clients internationally, particularly those with cross-border interests from the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and lead commercial and strategic initiatives within the Hawksford Group.
Ross (pictured left) joins the firm from Collas Crill in Jersey, though his career has also included periods with HSBC, Bedell Cristin and Ogier.
He specialises in real estate and has experience in structuring and managing the acquisitions and sales of prime residential and commercial property in the UK, Europe and the US as part of clients’ global investment strategies.
In his new role at Hawksford, Ross will lead a Corporate team that administers investment structures in a variety of asset classes, such as real estate, structured finance and tech, as well as holding and financing companies for international businesses.
Finally, Bringing more than 10 years of corporate, banking and securitisation expertise to the firm, Serene joins Hawksford’s Singapore office from TMF.
She has extensive expertise in capital markets, structured finance as well as trust structuring and succession planning for Singapore, BVI and Cayman trusts. Serene also sits as a Secretary at the STEP Singapore branch.
