Hatstone Lawyers has named Mark Rawlins as its new Group Partner, based in the firm’s Jersey office.
Mark specialises in investment funds, corporate and commercial, banking and finance and M&A for a variety of clients, including mega-funds, start-ups, holding companies, and business and family offices.
He joins the firm from Collas Crill, where he served as Group Partner, having relocated to Jersey in 2011. Earlier in his career, he worked for Arup, then moved on to Maples and Calder, first in London and then in the Cayman Islands, becoming a Partner in 2005.
Having spent a year as a Cayman Islands attorney-at-law, Mark provides both Jersey and Cayman Islands advice for his clients, covering transactional matters, dispute resolution and regulatory advice.
