Guernsey Finance is to hold an industry update on China in May.
Wendy Weng, Guernsey Finance’s Asia Representative, will host the event, providing information on the development of the market, the growth of the Guernsey brand in Asia, and the challenges and opportunities of doing business in the region.
She will be joined by guest speakers Florence Lee, Head of China Sales and Business Development for HSBC in London, and Andrew Davis, Head of Investment with InvestHK. Andrew will hold a session on Chinese business etiquette.
Guernsey Finance has had an overseas base in Shanghai since 2007, and opened an office in Hong Kong earlier this year.
The event, which is free to attend, takes place at The Rotunda, Royal Chambers Business Centre, St Peter Port, on Tuesday 17 May from 3.30pm.
