Carey Olsen has advised BlueCrest Holdings LLP on being the first Guernsey limited liability partnership to be incorporated by the Guernsey Registry.
The registration was made under Guernsey's new limited liability partnership law which came into force on 13 May 2014.
BlueCrest were advised by Carey Olsen corporate partner, Tom Carey and senior associate Adrian Sarchet.
