Fairway Group announce Mark Grenyer appointment

Due to the continued expansion of our fund services business, Mark Grenyer (pictured) has been appointed as Director of Fairway Fund Services Limited, to provide additional fund specific focus to the Fairway Group. Fairway's fund administration clients are typically at the boutique end of the fund services spectrum, principally looking at private equity and real estate asset classes using very private, unregulated or private placement funds.

Mark started in the funds industry in 2001 and his significant experience has led to him being extremely well rounded in his knowledge and application of funds business in Jersey. In 2008 he boldly took a year out to gain a Masters degree from Bournemouth University in Corporate Governance, simultaneously gaining ICSA (Chartered Secretary) status. Prior to his appointment with Fairway he had been with both institutional and independent funds businesses and has been involved from the bottom up in his roles.

Mark's role will ensure that the boutique funds that Fairway serves will continue to receive the high level of director-led service they have come to expect. As well as sitting on the Board of Fairway Fund Services Limited, Mark will also act as a Director to fund structure vehicles and their subsidiaries.
