With draft legislation and guidance notes for the legislation on economic substance due by Monday 22 October, EY is holding a seminar on Wednesday 24 October to cover the changes.
The event, from 9am-10.30am, will be held at the Town Hall, St Helier. EY’s Channel Islands Head of Tax, Wendy Martin, and Tax Director, Áine Slater, will host the breakfast seminar, which will cover the following topics:
