Estera has appointed Ethan Levner as Managing Director in Guernsey, in addition to his responsibilities as Group Head of Corporate Development, encompassing M&A and group strategy.
Ethan joined Estera in 2016 to lead the company’s growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate strategy, private equity and investment banking, mainly in London.
Before joining Estera, Ethan was Director at AnaCap Financial Partners, a private equity fund focused on European financial services.
Earlier in his career, he spent six years as Managing Director of JRJ Ventures, a private equity fund focused on European financial and business services, and five years as Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank.
