Fiduciary and administration services provider Estera has announced the acquisition of corporate and trust services business Headstart, based in Luxembourg.
Estera says the transaction will allow the company to expand into Luxembourg, which is seen as a key jurisdiction for funds and corporate services, and to broaden its offerings.
Headstart Managing Directors Christophe Gaul and Manuel Mouget will continue to lead the business. The company, whose clients include private equity and real estate firms, institutional clients, corporates and high-net-worth individuals, will rebrand to Estera this September.
