Environmental and Social Impact Monitor (ESI Monitor) has appointed Jersey-based sustainability consultancy True Limited as its partner on the island.
ESI Monitor, established in Guernsey in 2019, facilitates environmental sustainability in businesses across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
The new partnership, led by Michelle Ryan (pictured), Commercial Director at True Limited, aims to help businesses meet Jersey's target for net zero carbon by 2030.
With an 18-year career in private banking in Jersey and London, Michelle has worked for HSBC, Coutts, Societe Generale Private Banking and Kleinwort Hambros. She has been with True Limited since November.

“As the Channel Islands aspire to protect and enhance their economies and international reputations by developing expertise in the green economy and green finance, island businesses must develop their performance credentials and develop tools to service new opportunities.
"Jurisdictions and companies will need to develop environmental credentials based on measurement, minimisation, management, benchmarking and disclosure of environmental impact."
