International trust and corporate services provider, Equiom, has announced the promotion of two Jersey-based Directors.
Richard Tribe becomes Group Business Development Director, assuming full responsibility for Equiom’s European Business Development and Corporate Communications teams located in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Malta.
Richard will join Equiom's main European Board and be responsible for devising and delivering the Group's organic growth strategy, as well as overseeing all marketing and communication activities.
Heather Bestwick, meanwhile, has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairperson for Equiom (Guernsey) following her appointment as Non-Executive Director of Equiom (Jersey) in July 2014.
Heather’s expanded remit will include senior recruitment and staff development across the Jersey and Guernsey offices. She will also play a key role in business integration, resulting from the acquisition of Lloyds Trust Company (Channel Islands) and its subsidiaries in May 2015.
