International trust and corporate services provider Equiom Group has appointed Ayuk Ntuiabane and Grant Atchison to its Yachting and Aviation teams.
Both Ayuk and Grant joined Equiom following its acquistion of the Moore Stephens Trust Company (MSTC) in the Isle of Man in December last year. They will both be based at Equiom’s headquarters in the Isle of Man.
Ayuk (pictured) has been appointed as a VAT Director for the teams. He has extensive experience in yacht and aircraft ownership and operation through companies, trusts, foundations and other business mediums. Ayuk works with clients and their advisers to optimise the structures and business models required for secure and cost-effective operation within the EU.
Prior to the acquisition, Ayuk was a Partner at Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants and a Director at MSTC.
Grant has been appointed as Senior Manager, Client Services. He has over 22 years’ industry knowledge and has a wealth of experience in the proper importation and exportation of assets into the EU as well as overseeing the ongoing tax compliance requirements for the use of those assets.
Grant leads a team dedicated to administering and supporting ownership structures which hold assets such as aircraft and yachts, and has overall responsibility for leading and maintaining the team’s client relationships.
He was previously on the Board of Directors at MSTC, where he held the position of Client Relationship Director and Head of Aviation at Moore Stephens Aviation.
