Equiom Guernsey appoints Managing Director

Caroline Prow_EquiomInternational professional services provider Equiom has announced the appointment of Caroline Prow to Managing Director of Equiom (Guernsey). 

Throughout her career, Caroline has held senior managerial roles within banks, global fiduciary companies and family offices in London, Guernsey, Jersey and Barbados.

She joins Equiom having served as Managing Director Family Office and Group Compliance Manager at the DGM Group of Financial Companies, based in Barbados, for the past eight years.

She has more than 30 years’ experience managing the affairs of high-net-worth individuals, families and institutional clients around the world and is a qualified trust and estate practitioner and chartered banker. 

Her career has also included nine years with Butterfield Bank in Guernsey and 10 years with Butterfield Asset Management in Barbados.

At Equiom, Caroline will provide strategic management and leadership to the directors and team, assuming responsibility for its overall operation and performance.

She commented: "Equiom has grown considerably over the past few years, diversifying its services and geographical footprint to manage the changing political and regulatory landscape. I look forward to working with the team in Guernsey, and my global colleagues spanning 18 jurisdictions, in achieving Equiom Guernsey’s vision of building our presence."
