Professional services provider Equiom has been awarded ‘M&A Deal of the Year’ by Finance Monthly magazine for its acquisition of Links Group, based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the State of Qatar, last year.
Equiom acquired the provider of commercial facilitation and advisory services in September 2016, which it says is its largest transaction to date.
The Finance Monthly M&A Awards recognise and celebrate companies and individuals involved in M&A activity across the globe. Winners are nominated by members of the industry and then chosen through a rigorous judging process.
